- Watching a signer sign a document in person and confirming their identity, without a separate oath or acknowledgment.

- Notarizing consent letters allowing a minor to travel domestically or internationally with one parent, a relative, or another adult.
- Affidavits & Sworn Statements
- Administering the oath and notarizing signed statements used in court filings, immigration matters, and financial declarations.
