How scheduling works
- Call us first. Give us the inmate's full name, booking or A-number, facility, and the document type.
- Facility approval. Jails and detention centers require pre-approved professional visits. Lead times range from same-day (Pima County) to several business days (ICE / federal).
- ID confirmation. The inmate needs a facility ID on file or two credible identifying witnesses under Arizona law.
- Notarize. We meet the inmate in an approved visitation area, confirm capacity, and complete the notarization.
Witness requirement: I can notarize your signature, but I cannot serve as a witness on your documents. If your paperwork requires witnesses, please bring them with you to the appointment and make sure they each have a valid, government-issued photo ID.
